Mika Purola is an accomplished trainer, coach, and project manager with significant experience in leadership, human resource development, and competence building. He has worked with Nokia in various senior positions related to IT, HRD, and Records Management, besides serving as Project Leader at Turun Pientalosäätiö, and as a Manager at Nella Fantasia.

Mika is an expert in project management, having trained several courses in Finland and Europe, including Agile Project Management, IPMA-D, Leading People in Projects, and Project Management Fundamentals. Other areas of his expertise include career coaching, Peili Behavioural Profile consulting, and ScrumMaster certification.

Mika holds a Master of Arts in Finnish History from the University of Turku and has graduated from Luostarivuoren lukio in Turku.

Currently, Mika is a Senior Coach at Adapro and continues to train and coach individuals and teams in workplaces.
