Dr. Raymond Lee is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in IT consultancy, research and development in various cutting-edge fields such as AI, Chaotic Neural Networks, Intelligent Fintech System, and Quantum Finance.

Dr. Raymond Lee holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Hong Kong University, an M.Sc. in Information Technology, and a PhD in Computer Science from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Having started his career as a Meteorological Scientist at the Hong Kong Observatory, Dr. Lee later ventured into academia as an Associate Professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and United International College, where he has made significant contributions in the form of over 90 publications and multiple textbooks.

Dr. Raymond Lee is also an accomplished entrepreneur, having successfully commercialized his AI-Fintech invention in China and Hong Kong, and served as the Group CTO/Chief Analyst at Leanda Investment Group to implement his Quantum Finance Forecast System for over 1000 investors.

In 2017, Dr. Lee founded the Quantum Finance Forecast Center (QFFC), a non-profit organization dedicated to AI-Fintech R&D and global financial forecasting, advocating for the advancement and accessibility of financial technology worldwide.

Dr. Lee's expertise and knowledge span across areas such as chaotic neural networks, intelligent agent technology, biometrics, weather simulation, and forecasting systems, making him a notable figure in the field of AI and Fintech.

Currently serving as an Associate Professor at BNU-HKBU United International College, Dr. Raymond Lee continues his research and development work in AI-Fintech, with a forthcoming publication titled 'Quantum Finance: Intelligent Financial Forecast and Quantum Trading Systems' by SpringerNATURE in 2020.
