With a BA/MA in Psychology from Marist College, Kristen started her career as a Senior Therapist at Family & Children's Services, Inc. Her early grounding in listening, building relationships, and focusing on strengths has served her well throughout her career. She then progressed to roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Training at Hidden Lake Academy, Assoc VP of Training & Development at Safe Horizon, and Vice President of Programs and Training at Coro New York Leadership Center.
