Ryan Pastrovich is a highly-educated and experienced professional with a diverse background in journalism, leadership consulting, and data analytics. A graduate of Northwestern University, the University of Chicago, and the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, Pastrovich has worked in a number of senior roles at Heidrick & Struggles, a premier executive search and leadership consulting firm. He began his career at Heidrick & Struggles as a reporter for the Sun-Sentinel and has since worked as a Senior Content Specialist and Knowledge Manager for the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer Practice. He has also been a Leadership Consultant and Consultant for Data Analytics and Enterprise Product Development.
