Alex S. Willis is an accomplished Regional CIO responsible for guiding the technology strategy of a prominent architectural and engineering services organization in the United States. With over 17 years of experience in the information technology field, Willis has played a pivotal role in managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects employing PMBOK and PMI methodologies, risk analysis and mitigation, and resource allocation and management.
