Stefanie Koehler is a dedicated professional focused on fostering an innovation mindset within organizations to help shape a sustainable and just future. With a background in a Master of Arts in Sustainable Design and Lean Business Model training, Stefanie brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and design expertise to her work.

As a Transformation Designer and Innovation Strategist at WERK_, Stefanie excels in asking critical questions to understand behavioral functions and co-creating user-centered solutions. Her skills as a visual facilitator allow her to translate complex ideas into engaging visuals, taking a design thinking approach to tackle social challenges and create new business opportunities.

Throughout her career, Stefanie has held various roles including Adjunct Faculty at Pacific Northwest College of Art, Founder of Green Crane Innovation, Creative Consultant at Hog Wild (Toys), LLC, and Design Lead at LikoLab. She has also contributed her expertise as a Brand Identity Designer and Sustainability Consultant at Impact Entrepreneurs and as a Designer and Educator at BCI: Biomimicry for Creative Innovation.

With a strong academic foundation from studying Industrial Design and Art, Stefanie has honed her skills through diverse experiences such as conducting design research at Context Partners, and working as a Graduate Student of Sustainable Design at MCAD. Her creative journey includes roles as an Industrial Designer at Fox Run Craftsmen, a Freelance Designer focusing on user research and product design, and a Communication Designer at Western Michigan University.
