Daniel O'Toole

Meet Daniel O'Toole, an experienced real estate and workplace technology business leader with a diverse background in enterprise real estate IT solutions, management consulting, solution architecture and design, IT program/project management, and more. With a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Boston University and an MS in Urban Planning from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Daniel has developed a keen understanding of real estate, facilities management, and workplace services business processes.

Daniel has held several positions throughout his career, including Managing Partner at REFM Technology Strategies, LLC, Senior Director-Real Estate Technology, Strategy, and Operations at Trascent Management Consulting, LLC, Senior Business Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, Consultant-Real Estate Advisory Services (REAS) at Ernst & Young, among others. His expertise as an IWMS technology industry analyst further led him to establish and develop IWMSConnect, LLC, which was later acquired, and Towerhouse Inc./HomeEgg.com, where he served as Founder and CEO.

Throughout his career, Daniel has demonstrated skills in enterprise outsourced services, solution architecture and design, IT program/project management, management consulting, and more. With a vast knowledge of real estate and workplace technology, he has helped his clients efficiently manage their business processes, improve employee productivity, and reduce overhead costs.
