Lance Bush is an accomplished executive leader with a history of growing private and public organizations. His passion for encouraging the next generation of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) leaders and innovators is evident in his founding of the Space Generation Advisory Council and his leadership of Challenger Center, a STEM education nonprofit. With educational backgrounds ranging from mechanical engineering to technology policy and management, Bush has held a variety of positions including Aerospace Engineer and Technology Transfer Manager at NASA, Chief Strategic Officer of Paragon Space Development Corporation, and Executive Chair of Educational Activities at the World Space Congress. Through strategic restructuring, expansion of program offerings, and determination to reach as many students as possible, Bush has led Challenger Center's substantial growth, both programmatically and financially. Bush's experience, skills, and interests have led him to achieve national and international prominence in the STEM education community, where he continues to inspire the next generation of innovative leaders.
