She has a successful track record of budget achievement and revenue growth across all platforms including local, digital, developmental, and political.

Marina coaches hybrid sales teams and new business development sales teams, developing customized coaching strategies that help individuals clarify objectives and create clear pathways to success. Her responsibilities include creating and delivering ad solutions across Nexstar's range of products, reporting and communicating clearly to GM and DOS, projecting and forecasting revenue, P&L analysis, building clear strategies for revenue growth, providing excellent customer service to top business owners and agency decision-makers, and staying on top of industry news and product knowledge.
