Michael Wilson is an experienced marketing professional with over 25 years in the industry. He has worked with startups, private and public companies, and he strongly believes that people, and teams are the heart of an organization's success. Michael has been instrumental in launching new companies, defining go-to-market strategies, and developing the initial positioning and branding for several products. He has expertise in marketing enterprise software, starting and growing businesses, developing messaging and positioning for new and established products, creating new markets for innovative technology, industry/vertical marketing, and defining the role of product groups within growing companies.

Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in English and Physics from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Master's degree in English, Technical Writing from Oklahoma State University.

He has served in several senior-level positions, including Senior Manager of Product Portfolio at Oregon State Lottery, Senior Director of Product Management at Ecova, Senior Director of Product Strategy at Webtrends, Director of Product Marketing at TouchCommerce, Director of Product Marketing and Strategy at RichRelevance, and VP of Products and Marketing at HostBridge Technology.

Currently, Michael is a General Manager at Webtrends, where he leads product strategy, product management, product marketing, and dev management for personalization and segmentation solutions.
