Josh began his educational journey with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education at the University of Michigan, where he learned the importance of identifying instructional needs and creating effective learning environments. He continued his studies with General Studies at Glen Oaks Community College, gaining knowledge and skills needed to succeed in different organizations.
Josh has worked with reputable organizations such as Patterson Dental and Hager Distribution Group, where he served in different capacities as the Director of Operations, Region Operations Specialist, Architectural Sales Representative, Commercial Division, Inside Sales and Product Specialist. He also worked as a Substitute Teacher in various school districts before joining the business world full-time.
Josh is passionate about identifying customer/organizational needs and creating strategies to achieve desired outcomes through implementation, execution, and measurement of analysis and benchmarks. He leverages all puzzle pieces, edges, corners, and middles, to support sales excellence, bringing out the strengths of the whole.
