Technical Training Coordinator (with emphasis on IT Support and Administration)

Technical Duties•	In-charge of computer hardware and software installation, trouble shooting and internet network configuration.•	Manage, updates and installs different operating systems on training computers like Windows and Linux including the VMware virtual machine images used in trainings. •	Co-administers systems like VSphere, iShare Portal and the network that are used by the training team.•	Monitors and co-administer servers and systems used by the department.Administrative Duties•	Overall coordinator of the training activities at Trend University under Core Tech Department.•	Responsible for handling and supervising the activities of the training process such as maintaining the training schedule calendar, scheduling and assigning training rooms for all proposed training from stakeholders.•	Enforcement of both company and training team policies.•	Organizing all training records such as attendance, evaluation forms, training materials and training grades.•	Coordinates and communicates with the different departments and teams to facilitate skills upgrades of engineers•	Creation of instructor’s manual for classroom management software and virtual machine software.•	Conducts survey and analysis to establish efficiency and improve training process•	Review and recommendation of training materials like PowerPoint presentations and exercise for improved training delivery.•	Participates in Knowledge Management ISO Audit.

Technical Training Coordinator

- Performs in-depth analysis on malware affecting customers, provides technical details and appropriate manual clean solution for the malware and answer customer inquiries within a given timeline.•	Apply technical skills to analyze files and related components using tools and technologies.•	Perform in-depth analysis of malware, such as trojans, worms, file infectors and backdoors to understand the underlying behavior and implication on a computer and network environment.•	Respond to customer queries and concerns within given timeline to address their malware related concerns.•	Does information data mining from all available resources to identify large volumes of malicious files which may extend to URLs and emails that are currently in the wild.•	Does data based investigations based from data correlation on malware behavior that cannot be supported by the usual malware analysis procedures.•	Creation of correlation rules for identifying malicious or normal files.•	Malware family behavior analysis for correlation rule creation.•	Evaluation of correlation rule hits for deployment.•	Root cause analysis on false alarm or false positive correlation rule hits.•	Data mining SPN and/or other systems for malware investigation.•	Implements detailed analysis on malware affecting customers and provides technical details to help Trend Micro products improve detection ratings.•	Development of automation tools for the need of the team.•	Analyzing and processing of sourced and internal samples in the team’s database by SQL query and/or manual verification if needed to be submitted for pattern creation.

Threat Response Engineer / Anti Malware Engineer

In charge in the logistics and other needs for the training of Anti Malware Engineers of Anti Malware Team, this involves both hardware and software infrastructure setup and maintenance.
