Amy Huang is an accomplished executive leader with a diverse range of experiences across multiple sectors, including education, management consulting, and nonprofit startups. She is a problem-solver at heart, with a passion for leveraging data to enhance social impact, and a demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams. Huang holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Huang has previously held positions such as Executive Director of Continuous Improvement at Chicago Public Schools, Senior Director of Programs and Founding Team Member at Leap Innovations, Chief of Staff at Leap Innovations, Portfolio Manager at New Schools for Chicago, and Associate at A.T. Kearney. Her past experiences also include teaching at Oakland Unified School District.
