Tanya Sterling is a financial expert with over 18 years of experience in tax accounting, financial reporting, strategic financial planning, facilitation, conflict management, and coaching. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Certified Professional Consultant on Aging, a Chartered Financial Divorce Specialist, and a Certified Power Coach. Her extensive experience and expertise make her a reliable resource for advising, educating, and coaching clients to understand and overcome financial roadblocks.

Tanya's impressive educational background includes a BComm Honours with a concentration in Accounting from Carleton University, a CPA, CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and multiple certifications in collaborative dispute and resolution, negotiation, and elder law.

Outside of her professional career, Tanya is an active community advocate and volunteer for youth at risk, women, and seniors. She is a member of various local groups advocating for these causes, which includes the BC Coalition to eliminate senior abuse, Co-Chair for the Victoria Chapter of the Minerva Foundation Follow A Leader Program, and many others.
