Mary Jane (MJ) Bedegi is an accomplished financial executive with vast experience in the technology and venture capital space. She spent 10 years with Nokia Growth Partners and has worked in finance leadership positions in various Silicon Valley venture capital firms, such as Silicon Graphics and WarpSpeed Communications. Throughout her career, she has been part of several winning teams and has been a project leader in process improvement teams and software installations. She is also a contributing author of the First Mile- Essentials of Entrepreneurship.

Mary Jane has an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Accounting from the University of Idaho. She is also a certified public accountant (inactive) and studied Measuring Impact of Social Programs, Social Impact Theory of Change and Measurement as part of her MBA program. Furthermore, Mary Jane has contributed probono in grant development for a non-profit, evaluated and made personal investments in emerging growth companies in the tech space, and is knowledgeable about social impact investing having taken social impact investing classes in the past.

Mary Jane's expertise includes business planning, impact investing and evaluation, international operations, systems implementation, fund raising team, due diligence of investment opportunities, startup operations, FP&A, and finance organization development. Currently, she works as a Partner at Everest Financial Group, where she is also a financial advisor to Nokia Growth Partners and other VC's.
