At Hearo we build applications that allow our users to provide care to people with developmental disabilities remotely.I've played a significant role in    - Leading development on the company's main mobile application. This included VOIP and push notification features.    - Leading initial development of and adding new features to the company's kiosk style desktop application. This also included VOIP features.    - Adding additional features and fixing bugs to the company's web dashboard and REST API.We use a variety of technologies to build these applications including    - .NET Core and <a href="http://ASP.NET">ASP.NET</a> Core.    - Flutter, native Android with Kotlin, and native iOS with Swift.    - Angular, Vue and other JS frameworks.

When I joined EmergencMe in mid 2019 the goal was for the company to begin moving it's software development away from overseas contract developers to an in house local team. I was the first hire for this new in house team. The company shut down towards the end of 2019 before that could be fully realized.Before the shut down I was responsible for    - Being the point of contact between the contract developers and the rest of our team. This included working with the overseas team to work out how to best implement feature requests and turn those requests into requirements.    - Working with the sales team in doing product demos at in person meetings and trade shows.

During my time with Mostly Serious I was one of the 3 engineers at the company. My duties normally involved maintenance, bug fixes, and additional features for ongoing projects. as well as leading development on some of the newer projects.Some of the projects I lead development on included    - <a href="http://essets.com">essets.com</a>    - <a href="http://paragon360.com">paragon360.com</a>    - ozarkstransportation.orgI also played a major role in some large internal projects including    - Migrating many existing projects from shared servers to a new cloud infrastructure on AWS. This included setting up CI/CD using Bitbucket pipelines and AWS Codedeploy.    - Working with the engineering team to establish consistent code styles as well as upgrading our internal tooling to allow us to take advantage of modern web features.I worked with a variety of technologies while working there including    - Craft CMS    - Django and the Wagtail CMS built on top of it    - React, Vue and other JS frameworks

Recently the company has also become an internet service provider, providing high speed internet in rural areas that would otherwise have little or no access.While employed there, I was one of the company's primary technicians. I was also responsible for rebuilding and managing the company website. Some of my key duties included:- Managing the company's website and Facebook page - Answering incoming support calls and assisting them, as well as in shop customers with their technical related problems- Repairing hardware damage to devices such as laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, etc.- Assembling custom workstation and gaming PCs- Installing and repairing software such as operating systems and application software- Designing brochures and web content for systems being sold in shop

Bountiful Enterprises is a steel fabrication plant located in southwest Missouri that averages  a production rate of 5 million pounds of steel a year.During my employment at this company I was exposed to almost every aspect of the steel fabrication process. My duties included:- Cutting and fabricating individual parts for larger components such as columns or beams.- Assisting in the fabrication process where the individual parts were attached to the components- Welding attached parts to components- Painting components- Assisting in stacking components on trucks for shipping.
