Richard Beaven is a global financial services executive with over 30 years of experience in retail and corporate banking, insurance, custody, and market data. He has led international teams, delivered major digital transformations, and overseen cultural changes, mergers, and acquisitions. Beaven is highly skilled in strategy development, customer service, offshoring, and outsourcing. He holds an MBA from Ashridge Business School and an Executive Fellow in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Essex. Beaven has also chaired the board of an Irish insurer and served as a trustee at Stonewall. His previous roles include executive director at Swinton Group, head of European custody at Bank of New York, and sales and service director for the UK retail branch network at Barclays.
