Hays is currently a Senior Graphic Designer at ABCya, where he supervises other designers, art directs projects, and has designed over 100 games. Hays has also pioneered the company's design process and redesigned abcya.com and ABCya Games app. Hays has a particular interest in character design and game design, both traditional and digital.
