Luiza Ferreira is an experienced lawyer and mediator with a specialty in tax law. She holds a bachelor's degree in Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas and has completed a post-graduate course in tax law at the Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário - IBDT. With experience working at large law firms, including Giovanini Fº Advogados and Xavier Bragança Advogados, Luiza has a strong background in corporate law.

Currently, Luiza is Head of Projects and People at Pact, where she oversees talent management as well as project delivery. She is an alumna of Direito GV, where she studied Law and Legal Studies. Luiza is passionate about mediation and has completed a course in private mediation at Fundação Getulio Vargas.
