Wes Wynens is a highly experienced leadership development expert with a focus on positive leadership and high-performing teams. With over 20 years of experience in leadership development in various academic and applied programs, Wes is currently the Director of Leadership Education and Leadership Minor at Georgia Institute of Technology. Wes has also served as faculty and Manager of State Training Programs at the University of Georgia.

Wes's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Policy, Organization Behavior, and Group Decision Making, as well as a Master of Public Administration in Public Administration, both from the University of Georgia. His specialties include leadership development, organizational change, coaching, design thinking, team development, team performance, and facilitation.

As an expert in leadership, Wes maintains an active leadership development and coaching practice through the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Tech. His programs are focused on competency building, actively experimenting, thoughtful feedback, and reflection. Wes seeks to help his participants better know themselves and work effectively with others to yield tangible results.
