He has also worked as a Director of Talent Acquisition at Workday and Expedia, as well as Head of Recruitment at VMware. Roopesh has a BA in Accounting & Marketing from De Montfort University and is a self-confessed Talent Trailblazer who is passionate about building and nurturing in-house Talent teams.
