Luis Valencia is an accomplished UX Specialist with a passion for understanding users and utilizing research to inform design decisions. With over a decade of experience in eCommerce, Health Care, Consumer Products, Mobile, and Automotive industries, Luis is a well-rounded expert in a variety of fields. He is an effective leader, team-builder, and motivator, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Luis is a fast learner with excellent communication skills, including fluent English and Spanish, and conversational Portuguese. He has a Bachelor of Science in Human Factors Engineering with a Minor in Engineering Management from Tufts University, where he also previously worked as a Product Developer in the Department of Human Factors Engineering.
