Wersell has spent over nine years in one-on-one business counseling, developing a team approach to problem-solving for business start-ups with a focus on Ohio Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation clients. As the Director of the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, he consistently led in referrals for counseling and was a productivity leader with over 30 percent of statewide counseling to BVR clients.
