Kayla Mann, CPA, CA

Kayla Mann, CPA, CA, is an Okanagan native who completed her accounting specialization and Business Management degree with honors at UBC Okanagan in 2013.

With a background in public accounting, including a stint at EY and a transition to a mid-sized firm to delve into tax and financial reporting, Kayla swiftly navigated through the Chartered Accounting education program, culminating in passing the UFE in 2015.

Her career path has since led her through various startup ventures, from bison farming to cannabis, demonstrating a keen eye for potential and a passion for cultivating new companies.

Beyond her financial expertise, Kayla is an accomplished photographer, running her own professional photography business from a young age and specializing in nude, portrait, and street photography.

She holds a Chartered Accountant Designation, studied Accounting and Business Management at UBC, and has a background in Management from Penticton Secondary School.

Currently, Kayla serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Habitat Life, leveraging her financial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit to drive success in the startup realm.
