Karmen Bickel

Karmen Bickel is a seasoned business development professional with a passion for healthcare. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Portland State University and has held roles such as Senior Sales Executive at Healthcare Management Administrators, Director Of Business Development at The CHP Group, and National Account Executive Health + Wellness at hubbub health. Karmen's extensive experience in the healthcare industry includes corporate wellness, healthcare consumerism, price transparency, ethics and compliance, mental wellbeing, EAP's, provider networks, alternative care, and TPA services and self-funding.

With a background in loan underwriting, member services, and financial education working for local credit unions, Karmen attributes this experience to setting a high bar for customer service and valuing the importance of relationships. Her interests in corporate wellness/wellbeing led her to join a startup company called Hubbub Health that was part of Cambia, where she had exposure to many elements of the healthcare industry.
