Aliya Sagingaliyeva is a well-educated professional with a diversified set of skills and extensive experience in different fields. She has a degree in Law, with a Master's degree from Caspian University and a Bachelor's degree from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Additionally, she has a degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Kazakh Economic University (KazEU). Throughout her career, Aliya has held various management positions. She currently works as a Planning and Control Manager at "KazGiproNefteTrans" Engineering Company" LLP. Aliya previously worked as HR Director at DENTONS KAZAKHSTAN LLP, where she gained invaluable experience in talent management and HR administration. She also worked as a Project Manager for the Shakhmardan Yessenov Foundation, where she partnered with local stakeholders to develop education, social welfare, and fundraising programs.
