Maryse Zeidler

Maryse Zeidler is a passionate journalist with a strong background in communication and journalism. Holding a Master of Journalism from The University of British Columbia and a BA in Communication Studies with Distinction from the University of Calgary, Maryse has a solid academic foundation.

Throughout her career, Maryse has held various roles in reputable organizations, including being a Reporter-Editor at CBC News British Columbia, a TV and Radio Reporter (French) at Radio-Canada, and an Associate Producer at CBC. She has also contributed her skills as a CBC Vancouver News Scholar, an Intern at The Globe and Mail, a Video Intern at Business in Vancouver, and an Intern at CBC/Radio-Canada for the show Q with Jian Ghomeshi.

With a knack for storytelling and a genuine interest in people, Maryse excels in engaging with individuals to share their unique stories. Her experience as a Communications Coordinator at the University of British Columbia, Co-Founder and Editor at Plank Magazine, and roles in media production and outreach underscore her diverse skill set and commitment to effective communication.
