Tom Zhang is a seasoned cloud strategy consultant, specializing in Financial Services and Healthcare. He possesses deep technical expertise in cloud migration and security, agile and DevOps transformations, growth strategy, digital transformations, operating models, and SAFe 5.0 Agile. Tom is a trusted advisor to senior executives and leads team engagements, creating strategic roadmaps that meet or exceed clients' expectations. He builds lasting, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and colleagues.

Tom holds Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government and a minor in Business from Northwestern University. He previously worked at IBM iX, Capco, Clarity Insights (Accenture), Aon Hewitt, IRI, UBS, and Beyond Green Consulting. Before that, he was a research scientist at Texas A&M Health Science Center.
