Kartik Mandaville is the CEO and founder of Springworks, an HR tech startup using blockchain and AI. With notable investors such as Science and Bloomberg Beta, Mandaville comes with an impressive background in big data, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and bio-technology. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a master's degree in Language Technologies Institute, School of Computer Science. While there, he was part of the IBM Watson project and worked on genome analysis with machine learning. Mandaville was also the founder of AutoBudder, which reached out to 4 million people and won the ACM Challenge of Code. He serves as Senior Technical Advisor at Science-Inc and Acting CTO at Burst and Plowz & Mowz.
