Deepak Pai holds a PGDM in Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and Economics from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BE in Chemical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. With a wealth of experience in various roles within Johnson & Johnson, Deepak has held prominent positions such as Head of Customer and Shopper Marketing, Analytics, and Distribution Excellence, General Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Group Product Manager, Sr. Product Manager, Customer Marketing Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Area Manager (East). Prior to his tenure at Johnson & Johnson, he served as a Management Trainee at Lilly, Eli Lilly and Company India Pvt Ltd, and as a Manager at Reliance Industries Ltd.
