Shivani Poddar is an experienced litigator based in New York City. She specializes in complex commercial, securities, real estate, and employment-related disputes, representing investors, financial institutions, commercial real estate firms, insurance companies, healthcare companies, and other domestic and international entities in all phases of litigation. Her extensive experience extends to bankruptcy-related matters where she advises both debtors and creditor committees. With a background that includes a bachelor's degree in international relations from Boston University, a Juris Doctor from American University's Washington College of Law, and social science research background from Brooklyn Technical High School, Poddar has undergone extensive training across different disciplines.
