Marc Gordon is a professional with a diverse background in disaster risk reduction, water resources management, and business partnerships.

With a Master's Degree in Water Resources Management / Hydrogeology from the University of Wales and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and French from the University of Westminster, Marc has a strong educational foundation.

Having held key positions at the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR), Marc has served as the Head of Global Risk Analysis and Reporting, Head of the Sendai Framework Monitoring Unit, and Head of the HFA Monitoring Unit.

Marc has also worked with the European Commission as the Manager for DIPECHO South East Asia and has extensive experience with UNICEF in various water and sanitation roles in Sierra Leone and Sri Lanka.

His career includes leadership roles at ACTION CONTRE LA FAIM, where he served as the Country Director in Sierra Leone and as the National and Regional WATSAN Coordinator.
