Claudia Herrmann is a business consultant, coach, and public speaker with over 20 years of experience in corporate, franchise, intellectual property, and direct selling/multilevel marketing areas. She is the President of AMEP USA and the Chairwoman of USA AMEP Foundation. Herrmann is also a corporate lawyer licensed in Mexico, providing international cross-border business services such as assisting clients in all matters related to their operations in Latin America, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and registering international franchise, intellectual property license, and distribution contracts for US clients in Latin America, formation of commercial entities in Mexico, obtaining work visas for US nationals in Mexico, conducting due diligence for M&A operations, and representing body and health care companies doing MLM business in Mexico and El Salvador.

Herrmann obtained a High School Diploma in Art/Art Studies, a Juris Doctor in Law from Universidad Panamericana, a Licenciatura in Law from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and a Juris Doctor in Corporate Law from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México Law School. She is also an editorial writer at El Hispano News - Dallas and Al Dia Dallas and a business partner at Playfication Learning, LLC.
