6 weeks to Sexy is a group personal training business based out of Sydney and Adelaide, created by Blake Worrall-Thompson, a Sydney-based personal trainer, TV presenter, writer and author who has spent the past 10 years working with hundreds of women, helping them achieve incredible results in the shortest period of time. I was responsible for the sales, business development and relationship management of clients within the Adelaide business.

As a Servcorp manager at one of Sydney's most prestigious CBD locations, my role was to assist clients in receiving the greatest benefits from the technology and services Servcorp could offer. I worked with international organizations, medium to small businesses and entrepreneurs to help make their business a success by taking care of the day to day running of the office and team. Responsible for generating growth through selling, I primarily managed the sales and accounts, as well as the business development of the Virtual Office services.

Working within both the Finance and Office Support sectors, my role was to develop and maintain business relationships with clients from various industries, in both private organisations and government bodies. I would attract candidates by drafting advertising for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. I would screen candidates, interview them, do background checks and finally match them to my clients vacancies. As a consultant, I would also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities. My time at Hays was spent initially in Melbourne, followed by at the head office in Sydney.
