Lucy Sears is a woman with a great passion for arts, education, and retail. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Art History at the esteemed University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill after studying at Nichols School. Sutton has quite a varied work background, ranging from internships at Christie's, to administrative roles at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery and Christie's European Furniture Department, to sales and client relationship roles at Forest Capital Management, LLC, The Salvation Army, and Burro.

Lucy currently serves as the Flagship Store Manager at Burro, a role where she can utilize her professional experience in sales and retail management. Additionally, she formerly served as Chief Copywriter and Editor at Get Fresh Industries and as the Annual Fund Coordinator at The Salvation Army, where she put her writing and marketing skills to good use.
