My mission for this role is to empower frontend engineers to craft better products, faster by creating tooling, documentation, and evangelizing best practices.Some highlights and history:Lead a team of talented junior engineers in rebuilding two legacy products into modern, maintainable, single page applications that have pulled in over $1M in ARR over the 7 months.I pioneered, co-architected, and evangelized Procore's reusable component library. CORE is fully documented and built in tight partnership with our design team. This library enables developers to go from mocks to implementation faster and more accurately.I created redux-modules, an open source library that allows developers to declaratively manage state and reduces the amount of code needed to do so by a factor of two. Used in the majority of React clients at Procore Technologies.I lead the Frontend Chapter for the Financial Tribe for 6 months. During my tenure I worked with engineers identify and address the biggest pain points in the development process, documented current best practices, and organized group code review.

My mission for this role was to help establish a foundation for frontend code in a backend leaning engineering organization.Some highlights and history:Architected Procore's first single page applications. These applications now represent $10M+ in ARR.Implemented the frontend build and deployment pipeline, using Webpack, CircleCI, and Amazon S3Part of first team which validated the efficacy of the squad model for frontend engineers at ProcoreCollaborated with three squads on greenfield projects to architect their entire client side product experience.Key contributor to Project Zion, a two month long, company wide UI refresh.
