Jon Lai, a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, brings a wealth of experience to the firm. His areas of expertise include gaming, social media, web3, and infrastructure. He studied economics at Harvard University and obtained an MBA in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining Andreessen Horowitz, Jon served as Senior Director of Business Development at Tencent, Senior Product Manager at Riot Games, and Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley. He also worked as a Venture Capital Associate at Crosslink Capital.

As a Board Member and Board Observer at several organizations such as Ready Player Me, Overwolf, Lowkey (acquired by Niantic!), StarStock Inc., and Mainframe Industries, Jon has vast experience in supporting startups and helping them to grow.
