Susannah Baldwin, Ph.D., is a seasoned leadership and communication coach with over two decades of experience in facilitating large-scale corporate initiatives, strategic planning, and coaching executives and managers to hone their communication and leadership skills. Baldwin's expertise is a combination of her clinical psychology background and her corporate experience. She has worked with Fortune 100 companies, building productive alignment, problem-solving, and coaching people in leadership and communication issues.

Baldwin holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dominican University of California.
