Paolo Bianchi is a professional with a diverse and extensive background in the financial and business industries. With over 20 years of experience in various roles, he has developed expertise in sales, marketing, management, and consultancy. After studying perito agrario and marketing, he continued to pursue multiple advanced degree programs. He received training in management and sales promotion at SDA Bocconi, specialized in loyalty management and customer data mining, along with marketing segmentation and customer relations. He is also specialized in estate planning and generational wealth management, attending the Corso Specialistico Pianificazione Successoria course at PF Academy.

Bianchi started as a Technical and Sales Representative at Rhone & Poulenc Agro, and then became an Area Manager at DuPont Conid Spa. He progressed to Marketing Manager Italy at Northrup King Spa (a Sandoz Seeds Company), Sales and Marketing Manager Italy at Asgrow Seeds Company, and Marketing Manager at Syngenta Seeds Spa. These experiences lead him to become a Business Developer, Fund Manager, and Senior Partner of Kamaleonte Consulting Firm, where he provided managerial and financial consulting services to businesses. He developed his skills further as a Private Banker and Group Manager at Banca Fideuram, Financial Consultant at Banca Mediolanum, and Council Member at Gerson Lehrman Group's Financial & Business Services Council. Currently, he is a Senior Financial Specialist at Generali Verona San Martino.

At Generali Verona San Martino, Bianchi shares the vision of Giovanni Benetti, the agency's general agent, to elevate the perception of the insurance consulting profession. Together, they lead a network of young, dynamic, and well-trained insurance consultants. The agency boasts an organization of around 40 individuals, including 28 commercial and ten administrative staff members, with six offices and 9,000 clients. They aim to expand the consultants to 50 by December 2019.
