Nicci Barnes is a multifaceted professional with a vast knowledge of science, biology, pharmaceuticals, marketing, and human behavior. Her passion for understanding the human body and making it work better has led her to excel in various fields. Nicci holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology and a Master Trainer Certification in Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Her work experience includes serving as a Clinical Research Associate at Eli Lilly and Company, a Project Manager at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, and a Clinical Operations Manager at Allergan. Nicci also owned and ran Tonic and Tribe, a fitness and health business, and served as the COO of Upside.Digital. Presently, she works at Novotech as a Project Manager.
