Corretta Patterson is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of leadership under her belt. She has expertise in coaching, employee development, project management, change management, research, and design implementation. She also has a strong business and financial acumen in business strategy, planning, optimization, innovation, automation, sales, customer service, and brand reputation awareness. Corretta has successfully led and participated in various growth projects and operations effectiveness initiatives. In addition to having experience in corporate settings, Corretta has worked in business, banking, insurance, financial, education, retail, hotel/hospitality, and nonprofit industries.

Corretta holds a Doctor of Education - EdD in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, an MBA in Master Business Administration from Averett University, and a BA in English and Business from Ferrum College.
