Guillermo Trias is a prominent industry leader in the ETF space with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, finance, and asset management. He is the CEO of Toroso Investments, where he strives to bring industry-leading investing methods to a new generation of asset managers and traditional stakeholders. Before this role, Guillermo served as the Head of Strategy and Business Development for Global X Funds, which nearly reached $4 billion in AUM during his tenure.

Guillermo began his career in M&A investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust before founding and leading two venture capital firms, MC Capital Advisors and GT Capital Advisors. Additionally, he founded and directed Solex Partners, a US food distributor partnering with over 30 Spanish companies.

Guillermo has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Finance from CUNEF in Spain and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
