Danielle Hoeltzel

Danielle Hoeltzel is an accomplished Director of Organizational Development with over a decade of experience in management consulting, training, and development. A holder of a Bachelor of Science in Administration and a Master’s of Arts, Organizational Leadership, from the University of Central Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma, respectively, Danielle has worked with numerous organizations on performance management, career development, and leadership coaching.

Danielle has played a significant role in creating many organizational programs aimed at improving the way organizations train, develop and manage their employees. Her expertise covers various areas, including orientation and onboarding, training and facilitation, succession planning, behavioral assessments, change management, and public speaking, among others.

Before taking on a leadership position at Express Employment Professionals, where she leads the Organizational Development unit, Danielle worked as an HR Analyst, Senior HR Representative, and Training Specialist at Chesapeake Energy. Additionally, she held marketing, quality service, and event coordinator roles at First Fidelity Bank, where she was also a Field Trainer.
