Responsibilities included - coordinating three hundred volunteers over the election period, organisation of a central committee room for three local polling areas in a high stress and time sensitive workplace. Demanded high levels of communication and organisation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with a diverse group of volunteers, candidates and politicians.
