Debra Mayo is a highly experienced and passionate Registered Nurse who has been in the healthcare industry for 30 years. She has worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, specializing in health promotion and the management of chronic diseases. Mayo is skilled in working both one-on-one and in groups and has a special interest in working with non-profits and vulnerable populations. She is a Board-certified Integrative Nurse Coach and has earned a degree in nursing science from Emmanuel College. Furthermore, Mayo has studied at the New England Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing and the International Nurse Coach Association.

Mayo has worked in various organizations, including Medcor as an Occupational Health & Wellness Nurse, Off Season Training (OST) as a Nurse Coach, Fitchburg Public Schools as a Wellness Nurse, Hannaford Supermarkets as a Wellness Nurse, HealthAlliance Hospital as an R.N, Employee Health & Wellness, and HMR Weight Management Services as a Nurse Educator. Additionally, Mayo used to be a nurse podcaster co-host at an independent podcaster.
