Senior Manager of Financial Analysis

Analyze financial impact of existing and potential loyalty program constructs, including incremental revenue, cost of member rewards and benefits, incremental operational costs, and value of partnerships.  Work with Consultants, Business Intelligence Analysts and client personnel to incorporate client data into models and forecasts to evaluate multiple scenarios.  Create leading-edge tools that perform complex analysis but are delivered in an easily understandable, intuitive manner – to Consultants, client Marketing, and client Finance personnel. o Helped facilitate a large-scale organizational redesign of a Fortune 75 health insurer that has over 27,000 employees and covers more than 9-million lives in the US

o Directly assisted key senior leadership for the KIPP charter school system (e.g., CFO) to create an apples-to-apples benchmark of their costs compared to other charter and public schools

o Analytical and research support to help a large government agency understand its biggest gaps related to the implementation of a new transportation system that accounts for ~6% of GDP

o Analytical and research support to assess the financial opportunity associated with re-launching a large pharmacy benefit manager’s Web site; aided in implementing findings

-  Executed customer segmentation analysis with regards to Web site usage in order to identify key pain points along the customer pathway

o Analysis of a large health insurance company’s market strategy employed in each of its businesses; resulted in our redefining how the company looked at a market’s profitability, which highlighted additional markets that were pulling the company’s overall profitability down

o Launch strategy development for a large pharmaceutical manufacturer’s novel drug

-  Follow-on work included helping create an uptake forecasting model for the first two years of launch, while simultaneously aligning their organization’s key functional groups such that there was one, focused approach to engaging payers and key advocacy organizations about their novel drug

o In-depth analysis of the long-term care sector for a large pharmaceutical manufacturer; focused on driving the analysis for their diabetes brand team
