Jacob Coblenz
Jacob Coblenz is a highly experienced and accomplished customer success manager with a diverse background in political science, international studies, and customer service. He received his Bachelor's degree from Needham High School and went on to graduate from The University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government. During his Junior Year of college, Jacob also studied International/Global Studies at Palazzo Rucellai.
Jacob's career started with several internships including working as a Legislative Intern at Capitol Consulting LLC. He then transitioned into the tech industry, gaining experience as a Reporting and Analytics Specialist, Owner Services & Messaging Specialist, and Senior Customer Success Specialist at TripAdvisor. He further ramped up his customer success skills by serving as Manager--Customer Success at WordStream and Conversational Marketing Customer Success Manager at Drift. Currently, Jacob serves as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at ClearCompany Talent Management Software.
In addition to his professional work, Jacob also served as Vice President of Recruitment at Alpha Epsilon Pi and Lodewick Visitor Center Tour Leader at University of Connecticut. Jacob's diverse experiences and academic background make him a well-rounded and seasoned customer success manager who can excel in a variety of roles and industries.
