Marcia Chong Rosado is an Ecuadorian immigrant with a multidimensional and evolving career in the fintech industry. With a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Bryant University, Marcia has worked with various organizations, including Village Capital and Republic. She was previously the Future of Finance Practice Lead at Village Capital and currently serves as a Venture Partner at Republic. Marcia has expertise in financial innovation, investment analysis, social enterprise, and small business development. She has also worked as a bank teller and loan originator, a financial coach, and a small business development fellow. Marcia is a Fall 2020 Cohort of the Commonwealth Seminar Program and a Fintech Fellow at beondeck.
