Sam Prasad is a finance and accounting professional with a diverse background and a strong focus on corporate finance. He studied Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), Finance and Accounting at Bond University, where he gained a solid foundation in financial analysis and management. He later pursued a Master of Finance (MFin), Corporate Finance at the University of New South Wales and went on to complete a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA) at the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.

Prasad's expertise in corporate finance led him to work as an Analyst at KPMG Corporate Finance, BDO Corporate Finance, and later VP Corporate Finance & Strategy at IEG Holdings Corporation. He also has experience as an Auditor at Ernst & Young and as a Management Consultant at SPCG, LLC. These roles have given Prasad a vast understanding of financial and accounting principles and the ability to analyze and translate complex financial data efficiently.

Currently, Prasad serves as the CEO at Investment Evolution Corporation, a company he founded. His extensive experience has allowed him to manage investment capital effectively and identify opportunities for profitable investments.
