With a background in engineering since 2001, Tal has delved into digital and business consulting, focusing on designing human-centered experiences and partnering with talented designers to elevate organizational experiences for corporate, government, and not-for-profit entities.

His expertise encompasses various domains such as ethnographic research, customer strategy, service design, information design, interaction design, and culture change, complemented by proficient skills in problem-solving, project management, stakeholder engagement, public speaking, and mentoring.

Tal's educational journey includes the completion of a Jewish Studies Program at Mayanot Yeshiva and a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honors from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).

He has a rich professional history, serving as an Experience Design Lead at nbn™ Australia, Experience Design Manager at The Customer Experience Company, Senior Experience Designer at PwC's Experience Centre - Digital Services, among other significant roles in the digital and design realm.
